Almost there …

I almost didn’t finish this book.

The story was alright. The story line is what kept me going because I was curious where the author was going to go with it.

The real issue with the book is the writing. It’s just odd… I couldn’t follow. I didn’t understand what the author was trying to say. Maybe I’m just not used to the writing, the way the words were organized, the style … this was the reason for the low rating.
