I hated this book in the best way.
I am a stickler for realistic whore. So I was a little disappointed when this went more fantasy than real life.
Yeah, Carrie Lee South got me.
I was shocked with the event events that happened, especially at the end.
I was scared and didn’t enjoy reading it in the dark. The cave scenes made me feel like I was short of breath.
I didn’t enjoy that the MC wasn’t totally likable at first, but I think readers will start having a soft spot for her as they continue on.
Overall wish it wasn’t fantasy, but slightly fast paced, adventure like, horror book that most people will love.
