Looking through the eyes of four wonderful characters as they navigate Paris …

WOW – wonderful book.

I could really picture Paris throughout this whole book. Each character came alive in my imagination and (especially during these times) it was wonderful to be transported into another world.

All the positive thoughts aside. It was very hard to follow all the characters. Sometimes the many, many story lines became exhausting to read. Especially when the multiple story lines then started to jump back in time and back to present. PHEW! I didn’t start really ‘getting’ what was going on until 3/4 way through the book. Although, in my heart of hearts, I knew all these characters I was getting to know would come together in the end .. they didn’t come together as beautifully as I would have wished.

Criticism aside – I absolutely loved this book and it deserves every single star of my five star rating.
