Most charming book I’ve read thus far. What a wonderful, quick book. It’s short, which is sad as I could have kept reading – but the way Ridley writes pulls you right in.
It’s the writing style I most enjoy, when conversations pull you along the story. And these conversations – phew! – I could easily imagine myself in room with all these ladies in their book club talking all at once and commenting funny digs at one another.
I can imagine myself being taken along and completely amazed by the Wynchesters. Gosh – what a wonderful little book. It fully deserves every star.
It’s like Bridgerton (the show on Netflix) but better. More PG. More funny. Just better.
