DNF.

I gave up on this one.
To be fair, I gave up on it due to the style of the actual book. I just don’t like super short stories/essays like this. It doesn’t keep my attention.

I did giggle along to a handful of the stories I did read. But I didn’t feel connected to any of the characters. Felt like being at a party where you don’t know anyone. Someone is telling stories of what someone else did in highschool and you politely laugh, but while listening .. you are thinking about where to get a refill of your drink and if there are any chips left in the bowl.

I am still giving it three stars. This might be a nice book to keep by your toilet and read while.. you are doing things.

*** I did not get far enough (maybe 10%) to count this to my yearly books read.
